A confident wrong answer can cost more than no answer at all. CMYK is made for those stakes: research, law, engineering, finance and any decision that rests on what an AI told you.
Why CMYK? Printers make almost every color on a page from four inks: cyan, magenta, yellow and black. Each one has to land exactly where it belongs, or the picture blurs. We named it for that kind of exactness.
